After making the decision to convert a redundant space into a state-of-the-art control room, the client got in touch to see how we could help.
Plan
Their existing space was dated, so it was important to the client that the new overall design emulated a high-quality finish throughout, reflecting the high-tech surroundings.
Works
In order to fully understand their needs and ensure our solution encompassed their brief, we worked closely with the client from start to finish.
Our full re-design and fit-out solution included the replacement of existing flooring with ceramic tiles, as well as the painting and finishing of the walls. In addition, we replaced the lighting with integrated LED panels, which resulted in reduced maintenance and energy costs, whilst also creating a brighter environment for their workforce.
Through clever design, we were able to hide any loose cables and power sources by fitting the monitors to handcrafted, high gloss bulkheads.
The room was completed with the addition of new white desking, storage and mesh-back seating
Result
The overall finish of the room achieves the modern and contemporary feel the client was looking for, perfect for a technology-focused space.
The project was delivered to both budget and deadline and the team were delighted with their new workspace.
